Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on PREPAID orders within India. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India, we charge a nominal fee of ₹100.

Orders usually ship within 1–2 days of placement. Most of the orders will be delivered within 3-10 days. In the event that the item(s) are being customised, please allow up to 10 days for your order to ship. Please note, we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, or courier company–caused delivery delays.

We strongly urge all customers to inspect the package carefully for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing the delivery receipt. Do not accept the order if the package appears tampered or damaged.

For your protection and smooth resolution of claims, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This video will serve as valid proof in case you need to raise a claim regarding a missing or empty order.
👉 In the absence of an unboxing video, we will not be able to process refunds, replacements, or claims related to missing/empty orders.
